Shipping

Orders are shipped from Paris, France and Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Respectively. If You Are Located in Europe / Asia your package will be shipped from our facility in Paris, France.

If You Are Located in North / South America  your package will be shipped from our facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Orders Are Typically Shipped Out Within Two Working Days. Sometimes, Orders Make Take Longer To Ship Due To Unforeseen Circumstances.

You Will Receive An Order Confirmation Email Once Your Order Has Been Successfully Placed And Additional Emails Once Your Order Has Been Shipped And Delivered. 

All International orders outside of the Untied States and outside of France are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means, that the customer is responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand the responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these fees during the time of purchase. 

Returns

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on pasunemarqueparis.com.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. 

Terms and Conditions

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. 
Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour. 
 

 Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Pas Une Marque has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of body odour/perfume, marks/stains and it will be returned to the customer. 

If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. 

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. However, your merchandise will be shipped back to you, in the condition in which it was received by the Provider’s fulfillment house. 

Why we can't exchange for size / style

Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock upon the items return nor can stock be reserved or put aside.

If you require an exchange, replacement size or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order with your store credit provided.

Faulty Items 

If you have received a faulty item please email us at customerservice@pasunemarqueparis.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Pas Une Marque. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. 

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

The return shipping cost is covered by Pas Une Marque.

Returns Timeline

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed. All store credit information will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.
