Who do I contact with questions?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 1-4 business days for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
Orders are shipping from Paris, France and Fort Lauderdale, United States - respectively. If you are located in Europe / Asia your package will be shipped from our facility in Paris, France.
If you are located in North / South America your package will be shipped from our facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Pas Une Marque newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product. You will also be notified of any restocks, or limited edition drops that are available to subscribers only.
Do you restock inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. You can also sign up for notifications at the product page.
Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on pasunemarqueparis.com.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
Terms and Conditions
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Pas Une Marque has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of body odour/perfume, marks/stains and it will be returned to the customer.
If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. However, your merchandise will be shipped back to you, in the condition in which it was received by the Provider’s fulfillment house.
Declined credit card?
We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.
I purchased a Pas Une Marque product from another retailer. How do I handle returns?
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made through Pasunemarqueparis.com
